All items are lovingly made to order by Allie and Mikey in their home in Canberra. They are made to order and currently take up to 5 business days to create. Once created they are then shipped out. 

📬 Postage
Shipping times can vary depending on your location and the time of year. Our shipping is provided through Australia Post from Canberra ACT. We offer both standard shipping and express. 

✉️ Returns
As this is a personalised gift, unfortunately we can not accept returns unless there is a fault in the product.
